The Subrecipient Commitment Form has been updated and is available for immediate use from the Forms page of the IU Research website. The document has a new user interface and now includes various institutional sponsor-specific certifications that are required at time of proposal submission.
Effective September 1, subrecipients on federally funded projects must provide this completed and signed Subrecipient Commitment form as part of their proposal documentation prior to IU’s submission to the sponsor. Exclusion from the documentation packet may result in review delays or an inability to submit due to the missing required certifications.
Sponsored projects that are not federally funded are still strongly encouraged to use this form at the proposal stage to illustrate the subrecipient’s commitment.
