Private foundations bring attention and resources to problems and challenges locally, nationally, and internationally. Corporate and Foundation Relations coordinates important institutional relationships between Indiana University and private philanthropic foundations.

We support you by

• facilitating contact with foundations
• supporting pursuit of research grants from foundation or association sources
• assisting with the preparation of letters of inquiry, preproposals, and proposals
• resolving procedural and policy questions

As a front-line resource for companies seeking to engage with our university, IU’s Corporate and Foundation Relations builds mutually-beneficial connections and relationships with industries that elevate IU, our faculty, and the organizations with which we work.

We support you by

• actively creating dialogue between academia and industry
• facilitating contact with corporations and corporate foundations who have requested a coordinated relationship
• arranging and hosting visits for partner organizations
• assisting with developing proposals
