Predefined reports are reports found within the Indiana University Information Environment (IUIE). These reports will require an additional level of access. You will need an IU network ID and password in addition to an IUIE user account. You can obtain information on an IUIE user account through the IU Knowledgebase.

| Pipeline Report | This report is used by the central office, departments, and dean's offices to see what proposal development documents have been initiated in the system and the expected deadlines for those actions. This assists the various offices in identifying large deadlines and to assist in anticipating workload changes for their staff who are involved in review of these documents. |

The Awards by Organization has replaced the following reports: Awards by Sponsor, Awards by Sponsor Type, Awards by Type, Awards by Principal Investigator, Awards by Purpose. Fields in the new report provide information on the following: Sponsor, Sponsor Type, Award Type, by PI, Purpose. Filters are also available within the report to select a subset of the overall information. |

It aggregates the main account and all expense subaccounts. It excludes cost share subaccounts and payroll accruals. |
