As rising COVID cases continue to impact staffing levels across the university, please help us to help you as we approach another round of proposal submission deadlines. IU policy SPA-11-025 requires that all final administrative portions for proposals are fully routed to ORA four (4) business days prior to the sponsor deadline.
However, we strongly encourage proposals to be routed earlier if possible due to the high volume of submissions that take place in late January through mid-February and potential staffing shortages.
