A number of users have recently reported encountering errors when attempting to access the Office of Research Administration’s (ORA) Tableau reports; either through bookmarked links, Research Administration Dashboards, or ORA Department Management Dashboards.
These errors relate to a recent Tableau server upgrade. Clearing your web browser’s cache should resolve these issues. The IU Knowledge Base provides step-by-step instructions on how to “Clear your web browser’s cache, cookies, and history”.
