NIH has begun to issue warnings for proposals with non-compliant Biosketches.
Applications with biosketches that do not follow the current guidelines for format and content are non-compliant. Be mindful that non-compliance can have serious consequences. NIH may withdraw any application identified during the receipt, referral and review process that is not compliant with the instructions in the SF424 (R&R) Application Guide, the Funding Opportunity Announcement, and relevant NIH Guide Notices (NIH Notice Number NOT-OD-15-095)
Furthermore, it is not possible to submit a corrected biosketch after submission of the proposal as stated in NIH Notice Number NOT-OD-19-083.
Current Biographical Sketch Form Number and Date
The Biosketch form must include the Form number and date in the upper right corner.
