Biography
Stephanie Sellers is a manager at the Indiana University Office of Innovation & Commercialization. She works to evaluate inventions, facilitate the patent process, prepare and negotiate licenses, and build relationships with university researchers and industry contacts. Sellers works predominately with technologies developed at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
Prior to joining IU, Sellers worked as a project director at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and was involved in various aspects of preclinical development of therapeutics as well as grant applications. She also has previous experience in business development at a startup company that was developing cancer therapeutics.
Sellers has a B.S. in biology from Indiana University and a Ph.D. in cancer biology from the University of Texas Health Science Center – Houston Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
