Since January 30th, KC has displayed a warning notification if any individual listed on the PDD’s Key Person tab has an incomplete COI (Researcher role) and is submitting to the following sponsors/prime sponsors:
- Department of Health & Human Services o Examples include NIH, AHRQ, HRSA, CDC
- National Science Foundation
- National Aeronautics & Space Administration
- U.S. Department of Energy
Effective April 24th, this warning will transition to an error, which will require all key persons listed in the KC PDD Key Person tab to have a completed COI (Researcher role) on file in order to submit the document into routing.
