Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitea, or SciENcv, is an electronic system that assists researchers with assembling professional information needed for participation in federally funded research. SciENcv compiles information on education, employment, expertise, and professional accomplishments. Researchers can use SciENcv to create and maintain Biographical Sketches and Current and Pending (Other) Support documents submitted with proposal applications, prior to an award, and with annual reports. While the National Science Foundation already requires the use of SciENcv and the US Department of Energy strong encourages it, the National Institutes of Health will require its use in 2025.
ORA, in collaboration with the Ruth Lilly Medical Library, is hosting a SciENcv demonstration for Faculty & Research Administration Staff.
