The Office for Research Administration (ORA) is undertaking an initiative to streamline existing Kuali Coeus (KC) data by addressing aged “In Progress” KC Proposal Development Documents (KC PDDs) that were never finalized. Beginning on or after March 26, 2026, ORA will systematically disapprove any KC PDDs that were created prior to July 1, 2025 and have an “In Progress” routing status.
