A new ORA Collaborator Request form is now available for PIs and Units to request the addition of new entities to the Kuali Coeus (KC) system for unfunded agreements, proposal submissions, or subawardees. This new form will help ensure ORA has the information needed to perform a timely review and appropriately add a collaborator. Once submitted, please allow two business days for your entity to be added to KC. The form is already available for immediate use at one.iu.edu.
It will be required effective January 1, 2026, so early adoption is strongly encouraged. Requests will be accepted via email to kc-admin-l@iu.edu or through the ORA Collaborator Request form through remainder of 2025.
