 NIH Heal Initiative

The NIH has recently released over 30 specific funding opportunities related to the HEAL Initiative (Helping to End Addiction Long-term). Funding opportunities range from basic research on topics like developing non-addictive therapies to treat pain to clinical trials preventing opioid use disorder among specific populations. Due dates range from February 7, 2019 to the fall of 2020. 

Burroughs Wellcome Fund Innovations in Regulatory Science Awards

Deadlines:  February 6, 2019

BWF's Innovation in Regulatory Science Awards provides up to $500,000 over five years to academic investigators developing new methodologies or innovative approaches in regulatory science that will ultimately inform the regulatory decisions the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and others make. National Endowment for the Humanities Public Humanities Projects

Deadlines:  January 9, 2019

Public Humanities Projects grants support projects that bring the ideas and insights of the humanities to life for general audiences.  Projects must engage humanities scholarship to illuminate significant themes in disciplines such as history, literature, ethics, art, or to address challenging issues in contemporary life.  Applications should follow the parameters set out for one of the three categories - Community, Conversations, Exhibitions, and Historic Places.  

Toyota USA Foundation Math, Science, and Environmental Science Program

The Toyota USA Foundation is committed to enhancing the quality of K-12 education by supporting innovative programs and building partnerships with organizations dedicated to improving the teaching and learning of mathematics, science and environmental science.  The Foundation partners with leading organizations and institutes serving diverse populations across all 50 states.  Please contact Corporate Relations at cfrforms@iu.edu for more information and to submit your letter of intent.

Pivot is a comprehensive worldwide database that includes funding opportunities and profiles of millions of potential collaborators. You can search for funding by keywords or funding organization's name, track individual opportunities, and receive ongoing alerts.
