• Guide you in correctly preparing proposal budgets and forms
• Advise you on obtaining internal institutional approvals
• Advise you on using Grants.Gov and other agency proposal submission electronic systems
• Submit your proposal
• Negotiate grants and contracts and other research agreements
• Provide guidance on interpreting research related policies
